I have always dreamt about starting my own practice! Being able to take my own decisions, control my time, and do what I love doing the most: helping people succeed is what I wanted to do. I started working in the field right after I graduated university, as a school counsellor in a secondary school. After moving to Vancouver, BC, I continued to build on that experience and expand my expertise. While completing my master's, I discovered Frankl's logotherapy and I became interested in its meaning-seeking model and its application especially in the career development field. 

              Having worked with a very diverse group of individuals for so many years I became a strong believer in creating new interventions based on one of Frankl's core principles: people who believe in the human capacity for freedom and responsibility, regardless of circumstances, will show higher autonomy and lead to greater resilience. I wanted to have the freedom to help my clients reach their short-term goals (getting a new job for example) and also provide strategies and techniques to increase their career resilience for the rest of their working life in a very personalized way, listening to what they need, understanding their vision of success, and becoming part of their support system!
